This is a post I have just had to post to ther facebook website. Which was obviously taken down. Please read and do not make the same mistake I did and do not deposit with this joke of a company.
DO NOT DEPOSIT A SINGLE CENT WITH THESE THIEVES. POKERLOCOIS A CON, YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO WITHDRAW WINNINGS. I made a $50 deposit tothis joke of a site months ago. Something must have gone wrong with their programming as I won. So Iattempted to withdraw $90. I received an automated response saying my moneywould be in my account within 3 days. So I waited. A week went by and nothing. The money had disappeared from my Pokerloco account, but had never reached mybank account. I received no email, no contact… nothing. So eventually Icontacted their comically named ‘support’ department, who take at least 2 weeksto reply. I was eventually told that I hadn’t passed as ID check that I was notasked to take. The agent then requested that I send four pieces of ID to hispersonal email account. This sounded very dodgy so I contacted ECOGRA who toldme to NEVER do this and that it sounded like an attempt to gain access to mypersonal bank account. So I replied explaining this to which I got a reply of “Sorry,my mistake, your absolutely right , please send the ID to this email: Erisk@pokerloco.com. Understandably I wasnow concerned that this was nothing but a con. So I repeatedly emailed askingwhy money can be taken in 30 seconds but a deposit is now taking months and Iam being asked for un unnecessary ID. Never getting a reply to my question Isimply kept on getting generic replies that ignored my previous emails. With nohelp from pokerloco I then did my own research and found many reports onlineabout Pokerloco behaving in this way and that it was not out of the ordinaryfor them to hold on to withdrawals as it is a standard way for strugglingcompanies to earn more interest on players money. The interest on $90 may notbe much to me but the interest on 100,000 player’s withdrawals amounts to asizeable extra income for a company like pokeloco. So I posted a complaint tothis page and got a reply from the head of poker. By this stage I am talking tothe head of poker two people in the ‘support’ department and the riskdepartment. Which I fear are all the same guy sat in a basement somewhere.Instead of receiving an email telling me my money has been transferred I thenget an email asking me to change my address in the pokerloco account. Of coursewhen I try this it is impossible and they are just fobbing me off again. So Icomplain once more. Eventually last Friday I was told the ID check was okay andthe money would be in my account within two days. It is now Tueday….do youthink I have my money? No… of course not. Apart from having no food in thecupboard I can now not afford to get to University today. Unfortunately forPokerloco the Uni course I cannot afford to get to is Journalism. I freelancefor two online publications, I have given these clowns four hours to transferthe money to my account or I am making it my life to write stories discreditingthis joke of a company. I will also copy and pasting this post to every pokerforum online. So basically I expect MY MONEY in MY ACCOUNT my 10am CentralAustralian time. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE GIVE ME MYMONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why do you not just tell them that you are going to dispute the deposit with your credit card company. I am assuming that you used it to make a deposit. I also wonder what the description of the transaction was on your statement. I would just dispute the transaction.... also I would not advise playing OLP if you can not afford to lose the money that you deposit. Just my 2 cents.

Another piece of advice would be to put a space between words, but they probably wait until senior year to teach you that.

flsnookman - thanks for the advice. But I think spacing is a 4th year thing, they'll let me know at some point.
grandpajesse - that is probably good advice; however when I made the deposit months ago money was not a problem. When this companies support team tell me money will be transferred to my account within 2 business days I expect it to be paid. But to be honest that was just another fob off from them. They have been messing me around for months.
Now I did write that quickly so if you want to correct any spelling or grammar flsnookman, help yourself.
