Need some help please

I'm sure this question has been dealt with on the site, but, I can't find it, sorry.

Is it legal for a resident of Florida to deposit, play online, and receive payouts for real money on Bovada? Pureplay and WPT will not accept Florida players.

Bovada is US. The deposit can be a little tricky, they have fast payouts.

I dont know if its actually legal or not for you to do those things I think the law is a bit grey, but it is illegal for them to offer gambling in the US.

However thats the poker sites problem. If you put a bunch of money on a site and the US shuts them down you may or may not get your money back. pokerstars paid back US players. Full tilt did not at least not until pokerstars bought full tilt and paid the US players.

I like the fact the bovada is in canada. but why dont they have screen names? why cant you take notes on other players? anyone notice that? I dont play there for that reason.
