need help pokerstars android app

OK so I have two phones and my daily phone was a note 2 which I recently dropped and smashed so now I'm using my nexus 4 witch I have played the poker stars App on before but I updated it when I open the app and it says to check external storage whitch it doesn't have and I have 12 GB on the internal any help many thanks

i am not to sure what it could be, best bet is seek some advice from a phone shop they should be able to figure the problem out

Write an E-mail to support@pokerstars.com and tell your problem, and they will answer you in a few days

It always amazes me that folks would ask in a poker forum as a first step rather than asking in the logical place, which would be the people that wrote the software. In this case pokerstars.

It's a little like the modern trend of self diagnosing illness via the internet rather than visiting the doctor.

I asked pokerstars support but they haven't got back to me and last time I had a problem they where very vauge with there answer if you havent got a helpful thing to say why comment I thought it would be alot mote help getting an answer from someone who has had the same problem it that ok with you

You might be lucky and find someone here that has had the same problem but I think that you are more likely to find a solution on a software forum. You say that PokerStars are a bit vague so have a look round the page that you get the download from and see if you can see the name of the people that wrote the software (in case it isn't Pokerstars themselves). If you can see one try googling their name to find their site and see if they have a support forum.

If not, you could try one of the more general Android support forums, or a Nexus one if it exists, and ask your question there. (Put in the image as you did here as that is likely to help someone identify the problem).

Just found a Nexus 4 forum here (http://www.nexus4forum.com/forum/nexus-4-support-forum/) I have no idea if it is any good but worth a try.
