Need Help.... Bovada has taken $162.00 from my account and will not give it back... can you copy and paste at http://www.bovada.lv/contact-us

I have learned that your customer #1937089 has been cheated out of $162.00, and I will never use your site and will tell everyone I know not to use Bovada until the Money is returned.

I believe the more e-mails they get I will get my money back.

Hello, welcome, you contacted support Bovada and what was the response about your problem? What was the reason that Bovada to withdraw this money from your account?

I won a $162 ticket into their $100K game... the ticket just disappeared, and Bovada's employee James explained, “We are a business! We do not give refunds of any kind” and he will then proceed to hang up on me.

Maybe you should take it up with them in an email, before you go around posting this.
When did you win the ticket?
Also if you won it in a freeroll you were not cheated out of any money.

No was not a freeroll was a $22 satellite... I have emailed them and they refure to give me the $22 dollars back or the ticket or do anything that would help me in anyway.

You need to post some proof, showing you won the ticket, and Emails about it, Without it no one is going to take your word for it!

Tickets expire, is that what happened here? If not call support again you will get a different agent that may be more helpful. Do NOT get angry with support it will not get you anywhere, calmly explain the situation and have any available information they may want handy and ready.

Please copy and paste ALL emails sent from Bovada support between you and them. So we can get a better idea of what is going on

this is why i take note of the tournament ID and table # when i win tickets etc. just an idea. seems to help especially when dealing with support and any issues you may encounter.

Bovada is a very trustworthy site and they have excellent customer service. I am with kid, do you have proof you actually won the ticket, it should be in your history.

poker sites, and casinos ofcourse, do anything to make saves and to gain profit, and if player cant prove something, they would going to cheat and do what ever they want to, they are not honest peoples, like either real casinos etc. If win something, should allways take screenshot, and save email from win if get it.

did u check the expiration date for ur ticket?

make sure use it before expire!

Thats great, they didnt want to lose their faces and they gave ticket back, but thats too late now :D faces already gone, far far far away...
Maybe bovada learn some lesson from this, and they dont mess with the customers anymore, and ofcourse every poker/casino sites should take this seriously.
But how ever, im not going to play never in bovada, because of this mess..
