Need help

Ok so i have an account with full tilt ( mladen_04). i had a different account (mshizz) with them also, but recently they closed it and transferred my funds to mladen_04 and told me that was my primary account. i said ok and i started playing on my original account.

i sent them my personal information verification so that I would withdraw money via a check. when i emailed them that stuff, i got a response saying my account ( mladen_04) was closed because they found two other accounts on my ip address.

the thing is those accounts are my friends. i have emailed them several times trying to explain that but they insist that those accounts are mine and that I play with the one of my friends accounts they have left open for me to play with. i swear they have computers that email people back because any rational person would understand what im going through and they would fix it.


any advice what i should email them to get this situation resolved?

lmao, I am sorry, but you admitted you had more than one account. Now they found you have more, and they are your "friends"?

If they are your friends, you have already tarnished your rep by multi-accounting yourself.

Oh and you did say you would appreciate help, the only thing I can think of, is for each of your "friends" that have the same ip address to send an email and ID verification for their accounts- that might work.

yea i was thinking of getting them to send id identification, but is such a pain the the butt i figured i would leave that as the last option.

when i first started playing online poker i had no idea it was illegal to have multiple accounts. im in favor of them closing my other account and just leaving me one account but its stupid on their part to assume if an person has played on my computer that it must be my account. if they just look in their system, they can see which account was registered first and leave that one open. its not rocket science.

You are not getting it, it would not be stupid for them to assume a person with multiple accounts might have more especially if there are more from the same IP. It happens more than you think.
I would send them an email if I were you, and get all of your friends who play at your house to do the same with their ID. It is your only long shot.
