Need Help

Since Titian Poker is one of the sites on CC, I tried to open an account with that site, but was rejected because of the jurisdiction.

Am I correct to assume that the site is not available to Americans?

I used to have an account at Titan and found it to be an easy site to win. Unfortunately, they eventually locked out all American players after legislation passed. The entire network Titan was on, which included Noble Poker, CD Poker and 1 other I believe, locked out Americans.
