OK, so I got the $10 casino chips from bodog, got lucky, and now have some money in my eCash account on Bodog to play some poker with.

This morning was reading some threads on here about Bodog when I came across "but if you want to withdraw first you have to deposit" about Bodog. Is this true? Has anybody cashed out with out depositing?

If this is true, my play at Bodog will not last very long. I will go play way out of my BR and try and make it worth depositing just to be able to cash out. No point in grinding away at small stakes when I will never be able to withdraw with out depositing.

Nearly all the online poker sites are like that. It is a common practice. Also most sites will only cash out by the way you deposited in. Not sure how Bodog works but a good way to deposit would be through your bank account. Deposit the minimum amount through this method and once it clears you can withdraw it back along with the money you won previously.

Full Tilt is not like this, and from what I read before poker stars is not like that either. And from what I can tell since Ive been on Players' Only they do not have this requirement either. Don't know where you guys get this being a common requirement, being that Poker Stars and Full Tilt are probably the two of the biggest sites.

TriggaLos, I have enough money on a couple sites to play poker for fun whenever I want, I never deposited, but won that money. How is that getting something for nothing? I won money in a freeroll I was invited to and then won money in tourneys after that, any site that says you have to deposit to get this money is bullshit and I will not use. I can see where Bodog gave me free money, but they made me play a lot of casino games before that money was actually mine to be able to take off the casino, so now that money isn't mine at all. Why would I want to play at a site like this?

*If anyone can confirm poker stars is like this please do, I have wanted to try and start a BR there recently, but if they are like this than I can remove their site from my computer.

most all poker rooms require this action. I have made several deposits at bodog and withdrawls and i have had no problem. They also have a sports book, the tournys are great and the play is average, so u can make some money if u want.

Maybe most little sites where I will no longer even consider playing at, Full Tilt I know for a fact you can cash out when your over $100 even if you never deposited. When I researched Poker Stars in the past they did not require this either.

Ah ok, feel better now after finding a few ppl who never deposited at Bodog yet did withdraw. Just waiting on Bodog to confirm this. Went and had a chat with Players' Only to make sure and as I suspected they do not have this rule. If they did would have stopped playing any games there, made the minimum deposit, waited for it to clear, and withdrawn my whole account. It's not much money in the poker sites eyes, but a policy like that makes me think twice about the site.

You should talk to their support first before making assumptions. No one will be able to give you a better answer than Bodog.

I do know that free Casino Chips have to be cleared. I'll have to look up the requirements, but it is kind of like raked hands for poker bonuses...same kind of idea.

Yes I already cleared the casino chips and they are now in my eCash account. I am currently waiting for Bodogs reply which shouldve been a while ago now. 15 minutes sure, an hour if research is needed, wtf, what research is needed to reply to a question about their own policy.

I was not making assumptions, I asked a question. Everybody gave me the answer that you had to. But I didnt believe it so I continued my search for an answer.

*Does anyone actually read comments or the OP for that matter before responding? not directed at you directly juiceeQ just an observation I have made on this and other sites.

You are a free loader. You miss the point of poker rooms freerolls. How hard is it to deposit?? Then min deposit is like $10 to $25!! If you can't deposit that much, you shouldn't be playing in the first place.

Maybe most little sites where I will no longer even consider playing at, Full Tilt I know for a fact you can cash out when your over $100 even if you never deposited. When I researched Poker Stars in the past they did not require this either.

you don't pay to play. No poker site cares about your business.

Just proving how much of a free loader you are.

I'm sure Bodog was busy answering emails from their paying customers.

As far as people reading the comments from the OP, I would say most do. However, side conversations and similar posts are always going to happen. Members on this forum have every right to post their view on things even if it's already been said or if it's a little off the topic.

OK im a freeloader because I don't want to deposit, your reasoning and logic are superb. Love being attacked on the internet.

Purpose of freerolls is to get people to play on the site and deposit, I still have given many sites lots of rake. So have many other non depositing players.

Gotta love people like you, I didnt attack you at all and u come back with this.

And what is now my signature is just a question thats it, relax and calm down.

An economics teacher told me back this acronym back in college.

T.A.N.S.T.A.A.F.L.

There Ain't No Such Thing As A Free Lunch :)

If you have to deposit a little money to get your winning out of a site I don't see what the big deal is????

Why do I have to deposit? And why if I didnt like a sites policies would I ever even consider depositing there?

If what your saying was so important, every site would make the rule that if you haven't deposited you can't play in freerolls and you can't withdraw, but they have not done this. If they did I would stop playing as you suggest. Even my couple dollar "PRIVATE" freeroll win at Players Only has given them more rake than my bankroll is and they never gave me a dime, so your point is?

Nice job editing and adding to your post. I bolded your quote to show you again, why you are a free loader. What is your problem with depositing?? you still have yet to answer that question.

Your statement in red makes no sense what so ever.

Well, if he doesn't want to deposit, that is his own choice. I don't see the need to jump down his throat about it. Chillax Trigga. ;)

Trigga so what if he dosnt want to deposit...I understand your point but damn man lmao.

They only want you to deposit to verify that your of age. Theres no conspiracy to get you to deposit. lmao

I understand that you dont want to deposit but in order to cashout thats what your going to have to do, just pick up a all access visa gift card and you should be fine, or i think you can use your bank account checking account to make a deposit and then withdraw your money right into your checking account.

Freetrollers rule and triggas drool. lmao just messing with you trigga you dont need to go all postal on me as well. ahhahahhahahahhaa

Bodog support has already established that he does not need to make a deposit.

TriggaLos, to answer your question, I don't want to simple as that. There is nothing that says I have to or need to.

And to edit this post also, I had to verify my age, my identity, and my address with Full Tilt and Players' Only. I believe this might also be the case with Bodog as they say they may ask for more information before processing a withdrawal.
