Well, my wife has been dabbling around at a couple of smaller European rooms for while now, mainly because she wanted to understand more when I talk to her about poker, since I have been playing more and more (and she has gotten scarily good!! ). Now she wants to open an account at Full Tilt.
I have been in touch with FT service, and they gave me the dos and donts for this situation. We only have one computer at home, and I was just wondering if anyone here has multiple family members who play over the same PC, and if there is anything I need to know that FT may not have mentioned. I am a little worried after reading some posts of people who have had accounts frozen while they claim to have done nothing wrong. We both have separate bank accounts and can - obviously - provide proof of ID etc. She really wants to play at FT, and we wont play at the same time. I do have a PC in my studio and play a lot there, but I play pretty much only MTTs on tilt and she will only play SnGs so I dont think it can be a problem if we are both on at the same time. But that will not happen often. One thing we will certainly not do is anything that can be defined as suspicious, pretty much cannot happen as we will never be logged on at the same time, and in the event this MAY happen (although I doubt it), we wont ever be involved in any games together (she cant afford that anyway, although she claims its the other way around......lol).
She wants to sign up through a RB site, and they said she has to delete the software (they were adamant that the software is deleted, and re-installed through their link) and clear cookies, so since I have all my info on my PC, what would that mean for me, cause I dont want to lose any important info. I know where all my player notes are, so I can back them up, but am not sure if there is any other important backup I need to do. Anyone who has done this, your tips would be greatly appreciated.
Basically I am looking for anyone here who has their significant other playing over the same PC so you can tell me what the best way to go about the above mentioned is.
