I think so is your email not theirs. I use the same for Full Tilt and pokerstars

You can register at any site with your e-mail.But you can't play at sites that restrict your location.Also,you should always first check if the site you want to register with is trusted.

For most people PokerStars is the best,but lately 888 Poker has been having many promotions.Also 888 Poker has First Depositors freerolls while PokerStars currently offers Giveaway freerolls and Spin & Go All-In Shootouts.Both PokerStars and 888 Poker sometimes have problems with their software.
