Hi,
I've played online for some time and have tested different poker rooms. Allways signed up with no deposit bonuses. I've never deposited at any poker room yet.
Now I'm aware of the advantages of rakeback and so I'm exploring the rakeback offers.

I cannot understand for sure the rakeback options. I find too many advertisments and little clear info, every site is trying to sign me up. I need advice.

It seems to me there are 2 kinds of rakeback offers:
1) Regular money payments
2) VIP bonuses

Let's say I want to start playing at Coral Poker. I understand that Coral offers VIP bonuses and no regular money payments.
So is there any advantage to sign up to Coral through a rakeback website?

As a general rule, if a Poker Room offers only VIP bonus rakeback, should I search the best welcome bonus disregarding rakeback offers because rakeback is the same no matter how I sign up?
If so, the rakeback site is promoting the poker room and gets a reward only for routing me to the poker room?

I will apreciate your experience.

Just a heads-up - if this thread results in any advertising for any rakeback site I will have to delete it.

I suggest you google rakeback as you have probably been advised already. You will find several sites with different offers. You might want to check freerolls in addition to %. It is a legit ? but admin has bad experience with spam from rakeback sites so noone will be able to give you specifics.

Well, there are some sites that allow you to get reimbursed a certain amount of rake, be it shared, contributed, or dealt. Read up on them if you want more information on the different type of rakeback.

VIP bonuses are often just enhanced loyalty points. Perhaps just sign up to a site through cardschat. A lot of them help get you into freerolls that are only available to the freeroll club if you didn't sign up with an affiliate link here.

My personal advice at the moment, unless you have a big enough starting BR and you play at least break even poker and you are allowed by your nationality and as you have mentioned Corals I will assume you are is to sign up to Titan.

These are my reasons why:
1) If you have a look around you will be able to get RB of at least 57%. Personally I was lucky enough to get 60%.

2) You will still earn club and Titan points, like with william hill which is on the same network, but the big difference is this. Under no circumstances, at least from what I have found and I have played on there a good while and also work for one of the mentioned companies in this thread (Not Titan I should add, so that gives you a 50-50 lol) will you be able to use any of your WH points for anything! Period! No points buy in tournies no poxy VIP in house points to cash. Nothing. This isn't bad though as 57% RB is still a great deal.
However!! With Titan they will allow you to use them for their points buy in tournies!!!! Just make sure you use them up by the end of the month as they will take the remainder off you and you will have to start again.

3) This is the kicker for me. When you play any type of game, you are awarded gold coins (titan treasures) for most people these are just something for a bit of fun and can be used to buy one of three guranteed winning tickets. a 10,000 GC ticket with a prize of upto $20 a 40,000 GC ticket with a prize of upto $200 and a 100,000 GC ticket with a prize of upto $1000

As an SnG player who can play 50 tournies a day you could be laughing. As they give you 50 coins everytime you are in the money. 50 coins for playing 3 SnGs in 24 hours. If you play 9 in 24 hours they will give you 3 lots of 50 coins. If you get knocked out in last you get 75 etc I could go on. My point being you get the same amount of coins regardless of your buy in level. So you could 8 table (this would be pretty sad I know :) 10c SngS and still get the same amount of coins.

Anyway. When you go to buy one of the three tickets. Technically you are not allowed to win if you are signed up to a RB deal as I found out when I bought my first ticket which won me $5. However yesterday I thought I would buy another ticket as currently there are no other uses for my GCs (They should let you buy points with them I reckon as you can buy GCs with points) Anyway I got awarded an entry into their dirty dosen jackpoint SnG. Now I fully expected the same as last time and not to be given the token, but when I logged into today it was there. Wahoo as I literally accumulate 2000-3000 of these bad boys every time I allot a day to poker.

What I should have tried out, which I feel stupid now not doing before is if I enter into the tournament with the token and then deregister, will I just get my token back or is there a chance they will give me cash?? IF ANYONE KNOWS I WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF YOU COULD TELL ME. Just pm me if you wanna keep it hush hush lol.

And to top it off their online customer services are awesome compared with WH who suck balls. I am in no way affiliated with Titan. Just thought I would share somethings that could be of interest to some of you.

So to sum up RB of at least 57%...Get to use gold coins (as long as you don't win cash, bummer), get to use your points for tournie buy ins. But you can get their monthly money which sucks anyway unless you are a VIP god.
