I won a couple bucks in the freeroll and it shows in my wallet but isn't available for me to use in poker. Can someone let me in on the secret here please?

I have a similar situation
but I take my time and just play freerolls to increase my bankroll
after $ 100, it will be possible to contact the head of the forum Debi here, they advised me so and she will be able to explain everything and help later
do not hurry
just play freerolls for now

Maybe it is like on other plaforms like william hill, wher you have to transfer money from a main wallet to poker or sports or casino wallets. (and back)
intertops also wants you to rake a part of your freeroll winnings, not so easy, but I achieved it with some 2ct/4ct cash games.

There is an interesting system. Until you make a deposit, you will not be able to play for real money, as soon as you make it, the amount of your deposit will be on your poker account, and the money that you have in your main account will automatically replenish your poker account, when it drops below the amount of the deposit, and vice versa.

I forgot to tell you one more thing: in order to withdraw money won in freerolls, you need to wager it. You need to make rake in the amount equal to half of the amount won in freerolls.
