Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Live Tourneys.

I've seen a lot of people in various posts mention that the daily tourneys at the sun and woods are free money stupid easy takedowns, and have noticed some people leaving quality cash games to get into these things. I have always dismissed them because of the high house cut and blind structure, but I'm wondering if perhaps I've been hasty? Anybody got some info on that for me? Any tourneys really I wonder about, sng's or scheduled. Thanks.
