i was reading another post about how issues can arise from sharing accounts and IP addresses and i thought this would be something of use to someone if i posted it....my issue is that i live with my bf...we both have our own pc's and we both have our own accounts at betus and its sister site cakepoker...a friend of my bf that works with him also plays both sites from his home...he lives alone...i get a call from my bf that they both want to register in a tourney at betus but they may not make it home in time to register before it fills up so could i please register them both...well i know already that i have to sign my bf up from his pc and his friend from my pc or it won't go through...np i wasn't gonna play the tourney that night anyway so i didn't mind....well a week or two later the said friend had a credit card issue with betus and they shut down his account...and because i had logged him into his account from my pc it also banned my IP address keeping both my bf and i from getting into our accounts...although cake didn't shut us down only betus....his friend has yet to get things strait with them so i still can't play..i'd kill him if i had a big bankroll in there ...luckily cake lets me in cuz that's where my funds are lol....but i didn't realize they could do this and thought it may be helpful to others and make them think twice before doing the same favor for a "friend"
