Yeah, I just saw their Weekly Final in the freeroll section and googled it. After you make it through the freeroll, then the weekly final pays out to 3000 places. Then the final pays out 1000, and the main event pays out to the top 9 with 1st getting 100K! Wow!

Playing one right now!

I'm in one right now. Didn't know all the details of it, just registered and started playing. If it's free, play it.

The 10+Rebuys FPP tourny I got a ticket in promises me a chance at $10,000 1st prize next Sunday. I am trying to prepare a game plan for the event. Any ideas? 10 minute levels (I think), up to 15,000 players, money for top 4,000. How can I train for this?

I played the 500fpp buy in one yesterday. I finished 900 something :( But I did win about $22. The top 100 get a part of Chino's wsop win. So they each can win about $900 if he finishes first.

0.01 % of 6million for 100 players is 6000 bucks ea. on top of the prize for being in the final which pays u 10000 for 1st

Made the second round twice already but got knocked out real early both times. Since then everytime I sign up I end up doing well in a cash tourney and just sit them out. Gonna give it another try later this week though.

1st place in the WSOP pays about 9 million. The top 100 will receive 0.01% of his winnings. So if Darius wins each player will get about $900.

You did the math wrong didn't you? .01 x 9,000,000 = 90,000 each person would get 90,000 right?

100%=1
10%=0.10
1%=0.01
0.01%=0.0001

It would be AMAZING if each person got $90000. That would mean PokerStars was giving away $9000000 ($90000*100 people) for those freerolls.

Unfortunately 0.0001*9000000=900

Last week I finished 900th and won $22. This week I finished 3100 and won only $9. I folded some good hands just so I would cash. I guess I should have played to win.
