Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew or had experience with this.

If you have an account on a merge skin but have not deposited, can you ask them to delete your account and then go create a new one that is affiliate tracked (for rakeback, or private tourneys, etc...)

Thanks.

I've done it but i got the run-around through their email. It took a while but if you keep pestering it'll work (at least for me).

Thanks for the reply. So what exactly did you do? Just delete your Account, or delete your account and open up a new one through an affiliate?

They are not supposed to allow you to do that - it violates their affiliate agreement.

this exact! you can be sure they wont delete any accounts what so ever. in some cases they may allow it if current affiliate dosent support the specific site anymore or if there is some extra-ordinary to it. but not just for affiliate "trade"

They would not let me delete a carbon account or even change my email to my new one. In reality that is all i wanted anyway as it was a really old email that I do not use any more. So i just changed skins.

Poker Rooms

I would recommend if you have Carbon account already, sign up for Aced Poker, PDC Poker or Black Chip Poker accounts.
This is more rule friendly and better overall in my opinion.
The only way I can see happening is if you forgot your sign in information and still are unable to access your account through Support. Only then, I would think it would be 100 percent no hassle to create another account.
But if ever questions arise, best to contact the customer support via email. You can find their link by going to Cashier via carbon.

I have been playing on Aced. And the CS seems pretty good. Get a response in a day or 2.

I don't think it's impossible, but don't know if Merge does that. I had an account on an cake skin room and had sign up with no code and never deposited, only played freerolls. I saw a rakeback offer and the affiliate said they would see with the room, it went well and my account now is affiliate to the rakeback site. I done this a few years ago, don't know if it's allowed though.

I think it's easier to contact support and ask that your account be linked to affiliate you want, do not need to delete the account ..
