Is there any poker sites that actually provide customer service in real time? 888 doesn't that is for DAMN sure.

I played enough to be at level 30, I accumulated tokens to use. I spent 30 of them on tickets for some new promotion called "Jackpot Land". I tried to use the damn things and it won't let me, says "This is a restricted tournament" and I am not permitted to play.

So, please, tell me why the FCK do they give players all this crap to go through only to stick it up their azzzzz?

party poker has live help online as well as a 1-800 number to call in canada for those players.

You can go to cashier and wait (10 to 30 seconds) for live chat or click the live chat button.

There should also be a toll free phone number in the cashier section.

You can also email support and receive an answer within 72 hours.

support for 888 poker works online, I went there about replenishing funds to the account. the client has the technical support functions of the players

For Jackpot Land you don't need tokens. You need to win a ticket in the daily freespin. Works easy. Maybe I misunderstud you question ? :-/

I contacted them 2 times via their support@ email, because the webpage didn't recognize me when I was winning tickets from the wheel. I was refunded in a reasonable time both times. Regarding your restricted tournament, you really maight have been at the wrong place. What ticket did you buy? For the Jackpotland Tournament it usually says: You don't have a ticket for this Tournament.
