I'm looking for a new poker site. I was playing on UB for a while, but the selection of Tourneys/SNG are quite small. I did try Absolute Poker and I don't really care for the site, or the program.

I'm basically looking for a few things here.

1) Must accept US Players
2) Good selection of SNG's (prices and max players)
3) Good selection of Tournaments (Prices and max players)
4) Good overall selection of ring games, including variety of games (Stud/Razz etc)
5) Strong Average Player base (population wise)

Anyone have any suggestions?

I like poker stars, full tilt, and Poker4ever. They accept US players. There is also Pitbull poker and bodog. Check em out!!

Also - we have forum events at multiple sites and would love to have you join us. Some of us play in cash games too - mostly in pokerstars but sometimes fulltilt. We usually post in the "get a game going" thread when we do.

I prefer Full Tilt for ring games and PokerStars for tournaments and Sit n Go's.

Have you checked our Reviews Page?

Although I haven't played all of the sites, I definitely like FT and Stars the best. They both have a lot of traffic and a lot of variety. You can't go wrong with either of them.

If you are primarily a tourney and sng player though, Stars is probably more for you IMO.

In my opinion, UltimateBet is the best you're going to find. But to each his own, I guess.

If you're playing a lot of hands, Full Tilt might be better than Stars because you can get a rakeback deal (make sure you get this when you sign up because it's difficult to get later).

Also I much prefer the Full Tilt software to PokerStars.

UB looks very slick (I don't play there myself) but the games are apparently quite tough.
