Lock software issue. No response from Lock. Please Read

Everytime I try to open up the Lock Poker client I get this message and I cant open the software. Have tried several times of removing the program from my pc and reinstalling with no success.

Anyone have suggestions?

you could try unistalling again and running a program called Ccleaner to remove temp files and left over registry entries then install the program again

Ty Pifan. Can I remove temp files and left over registry entries on my own without installing the program. Reason I ask is because I dont know how to use that program, and I dont even know what temp files and registry entries really means lol.

lock customer support is bad.......emails don't work

CCleaner is very easy to use.

Just let it run.

Also know there is some lockpoker files on my computer (under hidden files)

Wrong.

I've never had any issues w/ them. Their live support is really helpful & fast.

I needed to be registered into a VIP tournament held a few months ago & hadn't received my ticket for it. So, I contacted a rep through their live support & he helped me instantly. I was registered into the VIP tournament w/in minutes.

Maybe try their live support if you continue to have issues.

What version of Windows do you have?

Used CCleaner to no avail. Live support is not online and Iam using Windows 7

A google search of the error message says:

This means you are not connected to the internet correctly, or your computer is having trouble reaching our configuration servers. Check your internet connection, firewall and try again. Failing that, please contact customer support who can guide you through resolving these networking issue.
