This room is really a joke. I withdrew my money 6 weeks ago...nothing happened. Now I checked my cashier. I saw my withdrawal had been declined on 14th of August. They havent sent any info/email about it... :/

Locks customer service is terrible. The first thing you need to make sure your verified, I believe you have to get verified to be able to cash out. The second thing if you happened to buy your funds from another player, for every 100 dollars that gets transferred you have to rake 15 dollars, so say you get 1000 lock dollars, you need to rake 150 dollars, hope this helps.

I think every poker room needs you to verify your information (which make sense). But lock's cashout speed is just......

I'm definitely fully aware, was one of their biggest grinders on there, but finally came to the realization it was for not. I'm just saying that these are the two most logical explanations, unless the obvious chip dumping or collusion was done, but then again I don't think the poster would be that ignorant to make it relevant. Most rooms do require verification, but some like Bovada don't, maybe if you go via Western Union route or something.

I think I'm verified but I will try to get info about it from their live support...if it works there. My money is from 75K GTD tourney (I won ticket there) and CC free. It's about $270.
This slow withdrawal procedure is a very big antiadvertisement for them. I dont dare to deposit there in the future cos I don't know if I ever will see my cash again...and I think most players think the same way.
