Lock Poker Deposits

I have created a nice bankroll at sportsbook and am looking to move over to Lock. However, everytime I have attempted to make a deposit I am running into problems. Has anyone else been able to make a deposit and since I know the answer to that I am following it up with HOW ? .. I am a US player.

I deposited on lock by buying a gift card in their casino and transferring it over to the poker room. Easy peasy. You're able to use your regular CC for it as well, at leasy you were 2 months ago(post Black Friday btw)

I deposited last night on LOCK. Just go to casino and deposit, then there is an option to transfer to poker room. Very simple used my debit card.

I did the western union option. had the money in my account within minutes.

I have tried to use the CC option however, it took me to a " verification process " and I had to fill out some forms and email them.... I have not heard anything yet...
