location on full tilt?

i play a decent amount on there, and i tend to always see where the other players are from. Why sometimes when i put the mouse over the avatar, there is no country no nothing???? What are they on a boat in the middle of the ocean or something? i just dont get it. Makes me wonder. Today in a STG i got heads up with a player like this, last 2 days played in a 2 dollar heads up tourney...cashed both times going 9-2 in 11 matches so im decent heads up player. I got torn apart, and bad beat from hell. I mean no action when i have any kind of hand at all. Action everytime i try to bluff, and splitting hands like my AQ suited vs his A9 off.

im pretty sure you can make it say you are from wherever you want somewhere in the options

I'm one of those mysterious players with no location on FTP

All it means is that the player didn't enter his personal information. In my case, I haven't bothered doing it because I haven't deposited or cashed out yet from FTP.

no location means they have never deposited or set up their location through the cashier

they filled out their personal info in cashier.

TBH, I've got no idea whether my location comes up or not. I've never deposited or withdrawn.

does it matter?

do you think people from different areas play a different style of game. like someone in mexico is a tight player cuz their countries poor or vice versa from someone in california or colorado?

lol well im not gonna judge a whole country of people by a few i've played with....but i love it when its players outside of U.S. motivation. "im gonna win this 5 dollar 6 seater for america. LOL.
