laser debit cards - poker sites in europe

Hi there, Can you recommend a few poker sites in Europe that process laser debit cards and are not a part of Playtech, known as the ipoker network?

I'm not sure I know exactly what a laser debit card is, but if any accept them, it would likely be one of the big poker sites with good processing such as Pacific Poker or Ladbrokes.
