Just tried out zoom poker on Bovada

I prefer to play tourneys over cash, but when I heard that you can play zoom poker on the ipad, I decided to give it a shot. It took a little getting used to, but it was fun. I hit the just fold button a couple of times when I should have hit the check button. I think I folded a couple of hands where it was going to check around to me. But otherwise, it was a good experience. I'll probably keep playing it for short bursts instead of logging into the computer. Wish they would add tourneys and SNGs, though. Don't understand what the programming issues could be, especially for SNGs.

why is zoom so good?

at a live tourney the other night the lad next to me mentioned that he plays zoom a lot , he was a 50NL player and apparently made a good living from it , he said that ..something to the effect of ..."people think its all about optimum play ,i think its all about volume..zoom is the best thing to happen to poker in years " im wondering if this is true ?

Optimal play + volume = success, if you're a winning player then more volume is obviously king.
