Downloaded ICM trainer from pokerstrategy.com and had it open while stars was running. So, for those that don't know, don't do this.

Did they block it permanently or just once? I googled ICM Trainer and pokerstars and others had the same thing happen, but they just received a warning.

I thought their usual modus operandi was to warn via e-mail, then ban if the user persists using the cheaty stuff?

Only received one email, and my account has been blocked. tbf, I've made the mistake a few times. I started using the program to practice shove/fold spots, would open stars, stars would say: prohibited program seen, I'd shut it down. It's been weeks since I did that though, so no idea why they've blocked me now.

Received an email this morning saying: prohibited, don't use, respond to confirm you have read this email etc. I responded saying I wouldn't make the mistake again, uninstalled icm trainer and tried to log onto stars, got a message saying: account has been blocked.

Oh, maybe they stopped sending the warning e-mails after getting the popup warnings sorted, I dunno.

You had a warning when you got the pop- ups and continued using it knowing you were violating the rules.

Yeah I know. That's why I've deleted the program. Got it unblocked a few minutes ago, so sorted. I'll try and avoid making the mistake again.

You will "try and avoid?" making the mistake again?

Just don't' use it when you have stars open.

It's pretty lame to use a programme for ICM whilst playing tbh..and your lucky you got it unblocked, especially considering the multiple warning you had prior so if I was you, I'd make sure you do avoid making the mistake again.

Are all HUDs not allowed on pokerstars? And for those of us that don't know what is ICM trainer?
