Just wondering others experience with juicystakes withdrawal time. I made a withdrawal on Nov 7 and it is now Dec 13 with no light at the end of the tunnel. Anyone else experiencing insane withdrawal times?

Hmm... it seems I'm going to have to say goodbye to my deposit money at Juicy Stakes, then.

Maybe you made a mistake and withdrawal process. Go back over it and double check to make sure you did it right. Then if you're sure everything's right give them a call.

Just a couple things i found out when withdrawing from any poker site #1 do they have your poker "docs" on file #2 be sure there is no play thru outstanding balance on your account , these will slow things up IMO

To those responders who think I must be a complete idiot...:stupid:
JS does not give a phone number for players to call. I have sent exactly ELEVEN emails. They ALWAYS respond immediately with the same line: They are terribly sorry but blah, blah, etc., but they don't want to give me a timeline on payout (see how honest they are?) that they may not be able to make.
WildBill...Yes, I did spell my name right in the cashout process, and yes I have the right poker site.
Stealy: I am pretty sure I can add.
Give it up. I did it all right. Their emails confirm it. But I could be a complete moron, and maybe I just dreamed it.

Wowww Congratulations Juicy Stakes, very very fast, a day and the money is in my account now. :)

Note1: I made the withdrawal, without making any deposit, just have my personal information update and use the same e-mail on Juice Stakes and Neteller account ..

Note2: I think we can conclude that it is not a poker room malicious, just deadlines for payment are different, but i do not think they will stop paying withdrawals

Why would you cash out 36 dollars? Seems odd.

Thanks for posting that. Did you have to send in any documents to get them to send your money?

I did not make a withdrawal of U$ 36.00, i did the minimum withdrawal at Juicy Stakes (U$ 50.00) but my Neteller account is in Euro U$ 50.00 = € 36.83 (discounted rates for currency conversion) :)

I did not have to send my personal documents to make the withdrawal, i think this is not necessary, there is no warning on the website of Juicy Stakes saying it is necessary to send the documents for withdrawal is approved, (if there is a Merge Network warning and a space for you to upload your documents and send).

I think unfortunately you will have to wait, but i believe they will pay him yes, if they paid my withdrawal will pay her too ... :)

Oh okay - Makes sense I just have never withdrawn an odd amount only even. But with currency changes I guess odd amounts are bound to happen.

Withdrawal in 24 hrs with no deposit???

Advog...you made a withdrawal without making a deposit??? I'm not sure how that would work. Everybody else makes a deposit and can't get their money, but you don't make any deposit at all and receive a withdrawal the next day. Pretty shrewd...
However, Neteller is always good for money you have on record with them. I'm talking about JS per se.
I'm just doing what I wish somebody had done for me; giving a head's up that Juicy stakes -- if they pay at all -- takes a long, long, long, long time. A really, very long time. Far longer than I as of yet even know about... Longer than even THEY know about.
But the next day? Hard to believe. Not from Juicy Rip Off.
CrestRyder
PS--Please help me understand how you make a withdrawal without making a deposit. Thanks.

Actually i agree with you it's hard to believe, but it's the truth, my first gain in JS was the prize for second place in Freeroll Cardschat Weekly: https://www.cardschat.com/forum/cardschat-freerolls-31/juicy-stakes-100-freeroll-dec-12-a-217221/

After i played several tournaments Double or Nothing, and i made a withdrawal via Neteller U$ 50.00. Surprise for my happiness and the next day the money was already in my Neteller account, see the withdrawal in my history on Dec. 16...

** I also play in Betboo Poker which is the same network Cake, and my Neteller withdrawals are also approved by no later than two working days ...

I only have one thing to say thank Juicy Stakes, congratulations!:)

Nonsense

I notice advog says he not only got his money in one day, he added that he didn't have to submit personal paperwork, identity confirmation, etc.
It simply isn't true. Y'all can do what you wish, but I can tell you that since my cashout date of Oct. 12, I have received nothing, and also was asked to submit identity and address confirmation 3 times so far.
I will also remind everyone that I did NOT voluntarily sign up with Juicy Rip-Off, I was thrust onto them by Cake without my consent or opinion.
I continue to strongly encourage the readers of these posts to stay away from Juicy Rip-Off. :thrasher:

Only thing I think we can conclude is that cashing out to brazil is way different than cashing out to the U.S.

I think not only withdrawal to Brazil are different, the difference is in the method of withdrawal in case NETELLER. Any 'player of a country that has NETELLER available, your withdrawals will be approved quickly. (At pokerstars cash withdrawals by NETELLER account is available in a matter of minutes).

I think some rooms do not require personal documents who has NETELLER account because when we create a NETELLER account've been through a process of identity verification that support NETELLER own demands to have the verified account ...:)
