juicy stakes unregistration problems.

anybody had problems with these? i was registered for a tourney and something came up (spurs game lol) then i tried to unregister and it wouldnt let me so i just lost the money i just won from the freeroll earlier today . you guys think theyll refund me if i email them? i already emailed them btw lol.

Good luck. I think you have up to a couple min till start time to unregister then it becomes unavailable.

it was like 40 minutes before start time and i kept getting errors. so they emailed me back saying i got refunded but i cant seem to locate it. i exchanged i few more emails asking them but they kept saying its there and i dont see it. idk if theyre just trolling me because they keep giving me the same answers and i still dont see the refund.

I think it's 5 or 10mins. (not sure but definitely more than 'a couple min.'). One you register within a certain timeframe, 'un-register' is no longer an option.
