Jackpot SnG

Hi guys, Im a newbie to this board and would like to say hey as I did in the introductions. I have a question to all you guys, Have any of you had any luck at the jackpot Sng's on sites like Titan and CD? I have been playing the Maui $5-$1 for a while and man I have to tell you It is a lot harder to win 5 in a roll than I initially thought. The best Ive done in a fiver is 2- 1st place, 1- 2nd place and 1- 3rd place. Has anyone here ever gotten 5 1st in a role on a jackpot SnG?

I haven't won a SnG jackpot *yet*, but I'm hoping to keep my current streak going. I just started playing the Dirty Dozen jackpot SnG's this morning and as of right now I have respectively finished 7th (BAAAD beat), 2nd, 1st, and 1st. So... 2 more and I win the $2,000 jackpot. Even if I don't win so far I've made $30 off of $9.60.

The last one I was in my nerves were almost shot amongst the final three. Once the final three hit, we NEVER played the flop. It was all-in one after another... stealing blinds and hoping to knock someone out. At one point I was shortstacked with 670 chips with blinds at 200/400... but I got uber lucky with the cards and finally won it with AA vs J9s.

I haven't tried the Jackpots yet, but i'm going to get into them by the end of summer.

Ehh, I played some more after I posted and got unlucky.. finishing 4th... then I played in a rebound game and finished 4th again. So I'm done with the jackpot SnG's for a while.

I find it's easy to place in them, out of the 13 I've played, I've placed in 10 (2-1st, 2-2nd, 3-3rds and 3-4ths), but nowhere near the jackpot yet. I'll keep trying and hopefully by the end of the summer I'll have a nice picture of my winning one for you all! In the meantime the spare change for my bankroll is nice.

It does seem easier to place in the jackpots. I dont seem to get as many badbeats there as other SnG's ...go figure

I should of not said anything, I just played 4 in a row and well, Lost 4 in a roll. The first 2 were bad and the second 2 were even worse. I just cant
seem to do anything right today. I guess ill chill out and try again tomorrow maybe play some low limit cash games.
