Issue with Unibet freeroll payout

Hi everyone.

Yesterday I played the Cardschat freeroll in the unibet room and won 10 euros in it. Today I open the room and that money is not in my account.
I make the claim by chat and they tell me that I did not participate in that tournament, that they have no records of it.
It seems like a joke or a lack of respect. Obviously I will never play in that room again, but what worries me is the good name of Cardschat, a forum that I really appreciate.
I hope administrators here can help me with this.
My nick in that room is Warrior1961.

I am saving screenshots with my winnings as proof in case of such situations. For now, I would suggest you send a PM to Martin, he might have a screenshot with top final tournament rankings saved for Leaderboard purposes, and in that case you could ask him for a copy and submit it to Unibet customer service. Good luck!

Unpleasant situation ofcourse, but there are no reason to dont believe Unibet, hope they have some techical issues. Will see later.

It is ridiculous to jump to the immediate conclusion that they "stole" your money. There is a mistake somewhere - that is all.

There is zero chance they singled you out of all the winners and purposely decided not to pay you.

Hi Debi.

It is obvious that there is no conspiracy against me (I am not the center of the world haha). I just reacted like this (I admit that maybe too vehemently) more than anything for the bad attention I had in the chat room.
I apologize if my post did not like it and I have no problem if it is deleted.

I just hope this has a satisfactory solution.

I reiterate my apologies, I feel that I owe you for being the administrator of Cardschat, but I extend these apologies to all the forum.

Isn't it funny though that the mistakes are always affecting the player, and not the poker room? I mean, normally you would expect 50% of the mistakes to be in player's favor if they were true mistakes. But it never happened to me nor have I heard of any player getting in his account more money than he should.

Just as at the restaurant or bar, when you get the bill, it never happens to notice they forgot to charge for stuff you ordered and received, it's always the other way around, them charging for stuff you did not get :)

It's not funny at all.

You will never see a thread like this from a member saying - OMG I am so upset that this site accidentally put EXTRA money in my account!! What should I do????

There are other issues going on with his account that have nothing to do with our freeroll so closing this. It is something that has to be worked out between the player and Unibet.
