I've just seen this pop up..

This should be quite good to watch, they both ponying up $500,000 for this special super star showdown event.

Basically, starting this Saturday they willl both be playing for either winning 500k or losing 500k. They will play 4 hour sessions each day, every day until one has taken all of the others bankroll of 500k..

Obviously no set number of hands, just until one busts the other. This should be fun, because the stakes are higher $200/$400 and is all hold em. It got boring watching viktor spew his money in high stakes omaha, after the first few up and downs I saw..

This should be fun, both decent HU cash game players and I like the format..

It's going to come down to who runs hot first and puts the other one on tilt as it's only 12.5 buy-ins each.

Nearly finished now, Isildur up $480,000 and pretty much raping Ike. Should've finished earlier with QQ<KJ for 50bb but Ike spiked his K.

Lol Isildur is so sick, just 3-betting, check raising and overbetting every river lol. Ike can't cope.

When stacks got to like 25BB effective, 3xing at that stack would be horrible.

Isil absolutely owned him. Ikes line pretty much every hand was c/c/f whilst Isil just b/b/overbet.

I only railed for half an hour or so, don't know how people could rail for like 4 hours lol.

Isildur did, Ike just couldn't cope with him.
