I would e-mail support now and you might get for sure answer from them before it starts(if you're lucky).

I know I bought tourney tickets with points and the rake still counted toward Iron Man. It seems like rake from cash ticket would be the same(cause you are still paying rake), but I would never count on it.

not sure what you mean by a ring ticket, i'm familiar with ironman but have never heard of this before. if you are talking about the freeroll ticket you receive regarding your ironman level, bronze, silver, gold, iron, etc. i can be of assistance.

They just came out with these ring game tickets today.. if you look down a few posts from this one you will see someone else has made a thead about it also, but no replies yet.

So i don't think anyone has any experience with them yet, so you will have to email support like detroitjimmy said as my best answer for you also.

I was the poster of the other thread. There also available at the regular ftp store. Its worth less than buying tourney tickets so its should really only be used for strictly ring game players. I don't like it but if you like ring games, it will have some use to some people

you can't multi-table with them. so if you buy a 50$ ticket for instance and want to play 4 tables of 10NL - you wouldn't be able to do it.

FTP really needs to rework them. I think they also cost more than equivalent tourney tickets.

You're saying they won't split it up, right? Is $50 minimum ticket?(sorry don't feel like looking it up right now)

Like if I bought 4x$50 tickets for $200 and I want to BI full I can still play four tables of $50 max. Right?

It would be better if they just let you buy cash. Not bonus cash, but cash that goes directly into your account.

$10 is the minimum, It seems yes if you bought 4x$50 tickets you would be able to play 4x50nl ring tables, just not 8x25nl, since 1 ticket is for 1 ring table.. interesting

I don't understand the way they work. It says you can buy in to a ring game with the ticket, but you have to earn a certain amount of points within 7 days to release it's value? I don't get it.

Provided that I'm understanding it correctly (FTP's explanation of how these tickets work is quite confusing... I had to read it several times), when you initially get one of these tickets, you can use it to buy into cash games, but it doesn't become converted to "regular" cash (i.e. the kind of cash you can spend on, well, regular stuff... not just on buying into cash games ), until you've played with it enough to generate a certain number of FTP points.

You get more than 7 days to release the cash value of these tickets. "7 days" refers to the maximum number of consecutive days you can neglect to play with a particular ticket before it expires.

I beileve customer support can explain further about the tickets. I know its an advantage but better get hold of the customer service to know further about it.

The thing I don't like about these is even if I buy 10 tickets($10) and only play 4 tables I can't re-load unless I use cash or go busto. Leaves me with lots of unanswered questions.

I mean what if I lose half my stack?
Does this mean my ticket is only worth a $5 rebuy at a $10max if I decide to leave table?

What if I only have less than minimum BI like $3, I can't leave table?

Can I use it in a $5max?

Do I have to use ticket at 1 table until I clear points?

What happens if you leave table with more than BI? Does the remainder go as cash in your account? Is it included in your next BI if you go south and try to sit back down at same table after leaving 250BBs deep? Or do they just not let you sit at table?

Lotsa questions:).

This might help answer some of the ?'s.Questions i asked yesterday answered by WV.

Could i buy the $50 ticket with lets say points, and 5 table 10nl? No, 1 table per ticket even if you haven't bought in for the full ticket value.

If i buy the $50 ticket with my points it hits my MRG right? Yes. Still some question as to whether it hits it based on the points spent or the ticket value.

If you buy the ticket with medals it does not hit your MRG right? Yes, according to BC support.

If you buy the $50 ticket and sit at 50nl you can not auto top off right? Correct, you can't mix your BR money with the ticket money.

It takes 5k points to clear the ticket vaule? No it depends on the value of the ticket you're clearing.

Ever profit you make of the ticket table\tables is yours and you do not have to clear it? Correct. Anytime you stand up from the ticket table with more than the value of the ticket the excess goes into your BR.

If you use the medals is it better than the bonus's? Yes. Donkaments are still a better value but **** donkaments!

Sorry for this but i'm getting a little cofused and i'm realy tired.
In red ldo.
