iPoker (WillHill, titan) HUGE GLITCHES - CRASHING!
so it was 1hr. 14mins. with 'live chat'
it took them 35mins. to reach me (34 people waiting)
then, the software seems to have become more stable but I've been screwed because for two hours it was crashing repeatedly (it's surprising I have any chips.. ie. 3bet with AA... CRASH... 4bet w KK... CRASH, etc. etc.).
Or shortstack 12bb.. shove with QQ.. CRASH, AQs.. CRASH.
Support chats with me for 5mins. I describe the problems I've been having while playing in the 'Tournaments'.. including the iPOPS MainEvent
Then the chat support says to me, "This is on the sports betting?"
Um... no. 'Tournaments'... you know like 'poker tournaments'... sorta like what you can see on TV but you play them on the computerzz.
I get switched off to someone for 'poker support' lol on they're DESIGNATED TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS....
Similiarly I give them a ton of details, then... 'bink'.. they're gone & someone else appears. LOL
This time I use copy/paste & give them a 5min. convo. in one blast.
~45mins. later they come to the conclusion that I was actually really having some crashing problems AND that they'll send it off to the relevant dept. and would ask me to please remain patient while I await a response. what?
I ask them, "BUT what am I to do now? I still have two more entries up & running in the MainEvent but I've been screwed out of soooo many hands, I'm at a HUGE disadvantage due to the repeated crashing & although it is seemingly stable at present, I don't feel confident it will remain that way. I want a refund for ALL of my games today.
They said nothing.
I said, "I know that if I were to continue playing on these two tables, there's no way they'll give me a refund so I am going to sitout now for the remainder of the tournament (one stack was ~ double the starting stack, the other was approx. start stack... but only because I'd fortunately won a couple big pots during some of the times when I was actually able to play a hand from start to finish).
They assured me it would be taken care of fairly.
We'll see. I seriously doubt it. My experience with iPOKER site support has been worse than all other sites put together (including Lock, ApplePie, etc.,.. yah.. I actually deposited money on a pokersite called ApplePie.. wtf?? guessing they prob figured it'd appeal to alot of Americans).
I have a bunch of tournament tokens on WilliamHill. Most of them are 30euro tokens. I've also been saving them for a chance when I'm available to actually play for a full day. Today was that day... or so I thought.. ffs
If I'm re-issued tokens instead of cash, I'll be opting in to play them all out in HU Sng's & then removing almost every penny from that site....leaving only enough on there to earn the min. pts. required to qualify for their freebie promos (ie. Carribean Poker Tour... which btw there's a big freeroll for tomorrow... maybe I'm going to win it? Oddly enough, the last time I had a blowout with WillHill (wayyyyyy worse than today's), support had been fk'n me over badly for ~1week's worth of back & forth (never getting anywhere)... and then just as I had plans on pulling the plug, tired of their incompetent B.S., I win that trip to Vegas to play in WSOP
