Intertop anyone?

I know Intertop is US friendly? Is it New York City friendly? Having trouble logging into site and wondered.

As to New York... I have seen players from the Bronx on Cake

It let me sign up. Everytime i go to log in, It says I cannot. I sent a email to them and they told me I was unable because NY people aren't able to play. I do have an Cake account and play there so I was wondering if it was just me.
