In December 2009 in Vancouver, hosted the FIRST poker championship between a man and a bot. In the battle between a man and a bot (the program on a simple laptop) was serious, the bot was ahead but by the general result the players won!

Happy to hear that humans still are smaryer then computer. But in feature computers will be smarter no doubt.

I don't even consider bots as players. Do you remember daniel coleman poker player? He is the man of chance!

bots probably have in all rooms. it all depends on their honesty and good security service, if of course the room is interested in it. I always think of bots in real money games, in tournaments they are few

I have not seen this and can not argue about this. But if so, then they are super professionals in their own way.

I think that in the NL holdem version, always people (of course the best in the world) will win bots, because people can adapt to any style of opponent's game.

Poker bots

I think pokerbots are nowadays forbidden on all pokersites. But I played years ago on ipoker and in some cases i was not sure if some of the players were bots or not. But overall a bot should be beatable

Yes, i think a player will beat bots. Because if these poker sites have bots playing and i get first place finishes the bots suck.

Huge computing power of AI became possible due to the use of supercomputer Bridges. For Libratus operation, the power of 600 computing nodes was allocated, the total power of which is 1.35 Pflops, which is approximately 8000 times higher than the computing power of an expensive gaming PC, and the amount of RAM allocated for the AI neural network was 274 terabytes.
