I have a pokerstars account and a Intelli acount too.. I passed all quizes on intelli but unfortunatelly I lose that tickets.. If I opened a new account on PS it said that I`m not eligible for quizes because I already have an account.. My question is, if I close my PS acccount contacting the PS support and after that I open a new one, i became eligible to recive tickets for Intelli Poker???

Hi. The answer is in intelli. I recomend you that you explain your case in their forum.

first of all, take into account that you can have only ONE Pokerstars account. Is really hard that they remove your account because there are not a strong reason. Once i read a case of someone that created another account and obviously they (PS) banned him. He wrote a mail explaining that he couldn´t acces to his account (i don´t remember why, i think he lost all his paswords because his hard disk was damaged) and then, they removed his first account.

I recomend you that don´t try to get a new account with a simple "i want another nick" because they won´t help you.

My english is not the best, i hope you can understand me. :D

Yes, that isn´t the correct way. But, sometimes there are strong reasons that can justify to create a new account.

Obviously to have lost some tickets is not a good reason, that's why i said don't go with the support team of PS with a reason like i want to change my nick or i want a promotion.

In any rate, if he has a good reason he can write a e-mail to the support of PS.

is stupid to destroy your account for few tickets.
make a new account with your brother or father name.

The problem is that when I open a new account it said that i`m eligible to recive tickets just using the first account created from my PC and now I want to close my current account and open another one but I don`t know if the new account is considered to be the first one if I close my old account. I don`t wanna make this just for tickets, there are not so much, but there are some bonuses...

So, if I contact PS and tell them that my hard disk was damaged is a chance for me to open then another account to be eligible for tickets and bonuses??
