Hi because im new to the poker world.. i just wanted to ask: why is "poker stars" not provided to usa? (im not from usa)

The short answer is because the US Government shut them and other sites down on a day called "Black Friday". They don't want sites like pokerstars operating in the US especially when there not paying any taxes while making big profits.

For more details you can found here "Black Friday" It was a big shock for many professional poker players.
