Im done with Pokerstars !!!

I depositet 30€ in 10€ steps in 3 Days without using a Bonus Code. I crushed it in the stupid Casino slots 😁 In my litte "Gamble addiction" Period before 2 Years i depositet something between 1-3 k in 2 Months at pokerstars.

Thats my Gamble History, now what happened yesterday:

In the pokerstars bonus FAQ it says: If you depositet your Money without using a Bonus, feel free to contact our Support and we sure find a blablabla....
So i choosed Live Support and asked about a Bonus for my Deposit i maked.
He told me he would ask the Admins or something and heres the Answer what freezes my Blood:
The Pokerstars Admins told me that you are absolutely not ready to become a Bonus or something like that...
I dont really expexted much, maybe a Tournament Ticket or some Freespins..
But that disrispectful Answer to a paying Customer is not correct.
Or am I wrong?

Anyway Im looking now for a new Pokerroom.
I always play on Android Phone so it needs a good App.

Stay away from gaming. Play poker MTTs if you want to gamble. Stars sound professional in their standard response. Stars is the best poker room.

Its not because i didnt get the Bonus. Its the way they told me.

Did you write an e-mail to them that you wanted to be ban from Casino? "Absolutely not ready" seems like your ban is not over and won't be soon...

I think they are willing only to help you, don't take it too hard. Give a second try with Pokerstars, because in my experience, i already tried other rooms than PS, but you won't find anything like it.

poker stars is only for pokeer.I dont prefer to play casino or blackjack there.But for poker i think there are a lot of games omaha texas etc and a variety of buy ins.

Most, if not all promotion codes are for first deposit only. They may mean that you are not eligible for a bonus.

You can try MaericasCardroom or 888poker, both of them i like..

Get over it and SUCK IT UP. Your a gambler, and the frustration doesn't come to you in response to their treatment... it's because you lost. They offer a steady platform and a "way" of making money...but they don't hand it out. Stars don't care about loosing players, especially when it boils down to 40$. Honestly, i'm amazed they answered you at all. Put yourself in their position. Would you really try to satisfy every 10ish$ complaint when your dealing with 100k+ players?, especially when you can afford to loose such a player? 40$ is about... 4$ profit to them. Hell i deposited way more than 3k over the years... won some back... lost again and so on, and i still don't expect any favors. gambling "is a sin" and it's on us. We shouldn't be crying out because of things of our own doing. As a personal advice, when/if you gamble something... consider it lost. The only thing that can happen, is... you win and have a pleasant surprise. If not, at least the frustration goes away... so to speak.

I tried several other poker platforms but poker star is really apart and really offer a quality service. The last time I sent them an email because I forgot my password after a long absence. answered me and help in 24h. If you did not follow the instructions to benefit from the promotion in question. Dont see what stars should have done wrong? The only mistake i see here is your gamblinga addiction and lack of reading the bonus conditions...Gambling is terrible, especially slots, roulette etc.

And stars is with 888 the best poker platform on this earth. Its a typical sign for gambling addiction to blame everyone except yourself.

If you only play on the android app then party poker is pretty good 888 Poker iphone app is unplayable. I would estimate its about one in ten tries that you can clear a casino slot/roulette/blackjack bonus with a 20x and higher wagering requirement.

usually, there is a min deposit to make to claim a bonus if ur eligible, making small deposits over a few days wouldn't qualify, I've been there

I assume we don't get the casino option in canada, I don't have a tab for it and there's no option to enable it.

I have a love/hate relationship with Pokerstars (as you might guess by my forum name). I love playing some poker, and online is my only chance, but I hate the questionable patterns of dealing algorithms I see there that seems to favour the big stack in MTT's.

As for bonuses, I've never deposited there, so I've never been entitled to one, but I noticed that between last night and tonight an extra $5 of tournament money has been added to my account. I really have no idea of why, but of course I'm not complaining. Was wondering if anyone else got a New Year's gift from them like this.

Alot of people dont understand that customer service is a cornerstone of any buisness. Dosent matter if its a ‘ sin ‘. There are many other sites to patronize. If you dont get what you think you deserve go elsewhere.
