I just called customer service about this. They were of NO HELP! Oh my I am P.O.'ed now. This is a horrible update and I refuse to play with it like this. I can not see how many people are seated at the tables. I can not see what the average pot size is. I can not see what percentage of the players are seeing the flops. I can not chose what table I want to sit at. This is not to going work for me at all.
I called and explained all of this to the person on the other end of the phone working Ignition Casino Customer Service and he was of no help. All he kept saying was, "I will note you complaint and I will pass it on."
Then I asked, "What are you doing to fix it."
I was told that they might fix it on the next up date. So I asked when that would be. He told me he did not know. He did say that they just did this update so they will not be rolling out an new update for awhile though.
So finally I asked what I could do to change it back and he said I can not do anything. He told me this is how the software is now. Then he again said, "I will be noting your complaints and passing them on."
You have got to be kidding me right? How are they just going to pull some crap like this. He finished by telling me that they did this so it would be easier for a new player to sit down at a game. I was like, "I do not care why you did this I am not ok with it!"
So Yes if you see this thread because you are seriously just as pissed as me, JohnnyDiamonds, and euchreob call Ignition at 1 855-370-0600 and let them know. It seems the only way they will do anything about it is if enough of us speak up!
