Ignition Satellite Poker Scams

Below is a $10 + $1 satellite I entered on ignition POKER to win a ticket to the “NEW YEARS MINI MAIN EVENT” $50k GTD (as clearly stated not only in the events lobby but on the main lobby).....after the field was dropping I started checking the lobby and noticed that it said “one ticket per every $82 in prize pool”....I thought this was strange as the mini main was $109....so I emailed them and got their typical 24-48 hour response so I just kept playing....I ended up winning a ticket and proceeded to search up the event only to find out my “mini main event ticket was showing as a $75+$7 entry to any “NEW YEARS EVENT”.....there was ONE EVENT left that I could use the ticket for and that was the “EARLY BIRD” which was a $5k GTD!!!
I then proceed to speak to one of their online consultants explaining this for 4 HOURS!!! (While their online chat mysteriously started running at the speed of 1991 internet connection)....their consultant went round in circles playing dumb stating that the tournament I played was over....(she had no idea what a satellite was)....on top of all this I checked the future satellites for the “NEW YEARS MINI MAIN EVENTS and found THE EXACT SAME ISSUE!!!!! I then threatened to post the proof I had of this and was D/C only to find my NEW MODIFIED mini main event ticket in my account.....I have been promised a call back within 24-48 hours....this was last Sunday.....I have since emailed over a DOZEN TIMES and spoken to 4 online consultants (one a day) demanding a call.....still nothing!!! They apparently “don’t have a contact line for Australian players”.....i was determined not to let these little shits do me over (hence the 4 hours of painfully explaining and re explaining) but I can only imagine how many players have up.....THESE CROOKS should be held accountable for this type of FALSE ADVERTISING!!!
