Ignition Poker tables will not pop thru we browser anymore

Ever since their update like a month ago..
the tables will not pop thru the web browser .. chrome or firefox ..
while i'm browsing the net etc while playing

this is super super super super super annoying.

Every time its my turn i have to keep an eye on the bovada icon on taskbar etc and sometimes i miss hands
or make everybody at the table wait
and i have to click on taskbar thousands of time a day to get to the hands

has anybody else / or having this issue.
I have latest version..
telephone support has no idea how to fix.. they tell me to redownload it which i've done a few times already
