I logged out of my laptop with $5300 USD in my account. I wake up to .65 cents in my account. I talk to the accounts team who can barely speak english and they said that all the money was spent in the casino and it was from the same IP address so they would not refund my account. Please be careful when dealing with ignition. I think it was a inside job to steal a bankroll i ran up from 25 dollars.

I Never will trust these foreign sites again. Im the only one living in my house and no one has my password to my account or laptop. Really strange how i was on hold for 15 minutes and was told they were not refunding me in 2 minutes.

IGNITIONS DOWNFALL STARTS TODAY

5300 real money. Ran up from a 25 dollar deposit, I was set to cash out 3000 using a check and all of a sudden i log in and my money is gone. I contact support and they say the money was spent from my own IP address, which is bullshit since im the only one living at my house. They clearly knew i was getting set to withdraw my roll from their laggy site and stole my money. I contacted my lawyer anyway, and he said i have a case against their site. Im going to get more financial compensation then the 5300$. Dont feel bad

Is there any local history log for games in Ignition? Probably you can request one if there ain't. Online casinos are required to keep log of their all games. When they see that you have not played anything for that 5k, what other choice they have than give the money for you.

Why don't u post a screenshot of your transaction history they keep track of every cent that goes in and out of your account. Ignition is rather reputable as far as online poker goes in America

It's possible that someone gained remote access to your laptop and just withdrew the money. Always a good idea to run an antirvirus program and malware program on one's computer. Sucks that this happened but as others said check your Ignition transaction history to see if any suspicious play or withdraws occurred. It might not get your money back but if you see these things you'll know you need to fix your laptop.

Because if this is the case then someone can also log into other accounts on your laptop (ie bank logins) and take even more.

I do not know about withdrawals in Ignition, but does it not require ID confirmation first and when making actual bank transfer or whatever, you have to pass certain checks to make it? Like you can not transfer money to friend's account since he is under different name.

But since you said in previous post that the money was *spent* from your IP, withdrawal is irrelevant with this case and you should check/request game history log from Ignition.

That is truly horrible. I'm so sorry for you. That teaches me a lesson. Never leave a significant amount of funds in my account. Always withdraw.

I would not take this lying down.
