Ignition poker pathetic service

This post will be important to those who have been using ignition or planning to use it in the future.

I joined the website last year in October and started playing. In the beginning I was losing few dollars here and there so was just depositing money in my account. But after a month or I started making some profits. When I asked for a withdrawal my acct got blocked. On asking them why the reason they gave to me was that I am in a restricted country and therefore cannot access my account. I was out for vacations so I said when I go back I will do the withdrawal. On Feb 26th this year I emailed them to call me up to unblock my account. I got a reply next day asking for a time and number. It was that day and this day they never called back! I email them every day begging them to call me unblock my account I have money in it which belongs to me, but all I get is a reply from them that "we have escalated the call back request" I mean what the hell?! Does a call back request take this long? I m very disappointed in their service and would recommend anyone to use acr or other services but dont go for ignition. Sadly I live in Australia so these are my options. Wanted to share this so that people should know.

Stinks that you're having this difficulty. I'm yet to make a substantial withdrawal from Ignition, but I've made some smaller ones. And haven't had an issue. I'm in the States and have limited options. Ignition has been ok. I do play more on ACR now, but on Ig once or twice a week anyway. I know how frustrating it can be with CS reps at times...
But- and maybe I'm overly optimistic- I think the site is OK. I'd hope they make good. Though maybe call them instead of waiting on a call back. If you go to the cashier you'll find a number I know. I've called it but don't have at my finer tips right now. Even if you call for help with deposit--- they'll answer all the faster... then say something like


I'd like to deposit going forward but 1st I need to sort out my withdrawal issue on ticket,,,, wxyz.... someone was to get back to me but i still haven't heard anything so I'd like to discuss it now.

IDK, I agree you shouldn't have too. But keep squeaking. My advice. Can be difficult (for me anyway) but stay polite- lol - and firm on what you need.

I'm pretty sure it's your government's fault and all of the poker sites are stuck trying to figure out how to do things (anything) in the new, restrictive environment they've created.

Well I had an online chat today, and they said the same thing "We have escalated the callback request". Let's see if they call me back. I'll keep you guys updated. Thanks for the advice.

You could use a VPN.

Still no call from them. I emailed them again but got no reply, it seems that they have permanently blocked my account. It feels sick and I would recommend you guys to get out and save yourself before this happens to you.

This is an excellent technique to get the attention of customer service representatives just about anywhere. No one prolongs an opportunity to make money. Good strat.

If you can still log in at least, you might try this: Set up a cryptocurrency account with your bank information that allows you to exchange bitcoin to your currency. Then withdraw bitcoin from Ignition to your crypto account. I use Coinbase to do this, and this way, the poker client has no idea where the money is going. Just withdraw bitcoin to Coinbase, then once it arrives in Coinbase withdraw dollars to your bank. I don't know if Coinbase is the best option for you to do this in Australia, but it receives good report in US and Europe. Any platform that converts bitcoin to dollars is good, and then you don't have to give locations to the poker client, as all the poker client gets is a url.

I'm not sure if this helps, but hope it provides some reassurance. I've withdrawn (and deposited) many times successfully on ignition over the past few years via bitcoin. From my experience it is the fastest, safest, and perhaps easiest way. I'm not sure how you are trying to withdraw your money, but I would strongly recommend you take the time to learn to use bitcoin if you are not already.

Ignition is trash

Just got a call yesterday and my account was reactivated again. But I am still doubtful of using their service as they took 25 days to give me a single call after repeatedly emailing them everyday..

So you are reactivated and have full access. Can you withdrawal ?
