Ignition poker lots of connections errors/freeze ups

Is anyone else experiencing significant regularly server disconnects and table freezes at ignition poker? Past few weeks it seems like at least 3-4 times per session the "lost connection to server" message pops up and often when I reconnect I've been removed from some of the table's I'm on. Or the game will lag/freeze with the chat working but not anything else and requires one to leave the program and log back in.

It's been quite distracting and noticeable in both tournaments and cash games that I'm considering pulling my remaining funds from Ignition. I've noticed others in table chats saying they have the same issues and I've noticed a decrease in the number of registered players in the tournament lobbies.

I've tried restarting, reinstalling, etc to no avail.

Is there a withdrawal of funds? I want to try this room, but he is not very famous ...

Ignition was the result of Bovada/bodog "splitting" off their poker/casino from their sportsbook. There's not much clarity anywhere as to whether or not it's still Bovada or if they just transferred/sold their network to some operator. This has actually been on my mind a lot today and i plan on making a thread to see what other's thoughts are about Ignition Poker lately, I'm afraid it's going down hill but not sure if I'm just being a bit paranoid haha.

I did successfully get a check from them when they were Bovada last year. I haven't tried to withdrawal since, they do have BTC but also changed their free check policy to once every 4 months.

Since the changeover last year they reduced the amount of points per rake dollar you get (there's FPPs but no rakeback) and reduced free check payouts. There's also no deposit bonuses (except if you play them in the slots/casino), but there is a referral bonus which still functions.

Since the last software update they've removed stats on cash games and lists of rooms/# of players (you can only "fast enter" cash games) so can no longer table select. They also removed all "triple up" SNGs and while they still have massive freezeout guarantee tournaments (probably the biggest outside of pokerstars which isn't accessible here), the traffic has dropped in them , there's more sattys, and the dollar amounts have gone down of the prize pools as have the number of tournaments running while the average buy in has increased (i.e. they used to have nightly 10-12K GTDs for $11, now they're usually $30+ to enter).

On top of all this the whole no user names, anonymous players thing which Bovada perfected I think is becoming less of a selling point. Not to mention my OP about the connection issues which are getting worse.

I'll post a new thread about my thoughts as I want to see if others are also considering leaving Ignition. It wasn't a bad room, but def better when it was Bovada and I can't currently recommend it.

Hopefully their day+ update helps.

i experience constant server disconnects everyday. it starts at 5pm est and continues throughout the night. i just emailed them asking if they will acknowledge this and if they're working on the problem. i doubt i will get any real answers, probably a form reply asking me to disconnect and reconnect my modem. bullshit

I get disconnects, lag, and a nagging pop up that I have insufficient funds when I don't that pops up during big hands.

I would stay far away from this site!!

I wish I never made a deposit. Paid $11+$1 for one of the tournaments. I couldn't take my seat or even see any tables in the tourney lobby. Called customer service and was told I would be issued a $11+$1 ticket. This never happened. 8 emails later and after receiving the same generic reply stating they have issued me a $11+$1 ticket. THERE is NOTHING in the main lobby for sit and go or scheduled tournaments.
Called again , asked for supervisor , the customer service fellow HANGS UP on ME.
WARNING: Ignition is NO LONGER RATED or monitored for honest play.
They will combine your real money poker funds with THEIR BOGUS money casino funds and you won't even know it until your account is CLEANED OUT . Customer service will tell you TOUGH LUCK,

Same thing is happening to me.constant disconect when I'm in a hand.ive lost a lot of pots because of this.talked to customer service they say it's just me.asked to be be reimbursed and they denied it.told them I would stop payment on deposit and got a call from them next day threatening me almost like a gangster would,you don't want to do it we know where you live kind of thing.my advice is this is a crooked place don't wast your time or your money

So I still have some money in ignition and logged in and it is unplayable.getting disconected after bet almost every hand I play,sometimes for several minutes.its a waste of time and I won't be playing there or trying to anymore.

Having problems too, tables won't load past 97% and I can watch my stack dwindling in the tourney window. If you're considering depositing here, don't waste your money.

Ok,tried to play this site again.if I wasn't being disconected when I bet I can't win a hand,no matter how far ahead I am.as soon as I go heads up the other player gets whatever he needs.after playing for 40 years and knowing the odds I am convinced this is rigged poker.i have no doubt that they have house players and control the cards.there is no way that anybody how inexperienced or bad a player would make the calls unless they knew the card sequence or that they would win the hand.this site is rigged,there is no doubt about it.DO NOT PLAY HERE!take my advice and this site should be shut down.do not play at a rigged unregulated site like this needs to be shut down.if it is boycotted maybe we can.

I came here to say the same thing. IGNITION SITE IS RIGGED!!! I've been playing for 10 years and this is the worst site I've ever played on. The donks are wayyy too frequent to be real people and don't even make the usual donk calls. I'll have trips pockets with trips on the flop of the high card and push suspected bots all-in when they're calling everything to find out they will have NOTHING and need runner-runner to win, then low and behold, they get a straight or a flush. Then pile this on with the number of disconnected players during a game and it just adds up to more bull shit from this site. There's even avid talk of bots in the chat box. I'm planning on putting one last minimum deposit just to warn the other players. I lost 5 games in a row just to people calling my all in with nothing and either getting an insane runner-runner or one of the 3 cards left in the deck to win on the river. I suspect they may be getting ready to shut down the way people are talking on there. Seems like a cash grab!

It's all rigged... lol... except against me, because they like me and I've won hundreds of thousands on that site over the years.

Looks like their latest update is running much better. No crashes... less DC's.

I had the same error for a while. I contacted support and sent my crash logs, never heard back from them.

Reformatting/reinstalling windows worked for me.

I haven't heard back either. I like the site but don't think I'll be playing there anymore.

When I open Ignition all is well until I get an Error #42 message just before the site loads up. Can anyone tell me what to do?

it has issues every now and again with the connection, but it is not very hard to regain access. They are good with refunding if you have issues!
