Ignition 'Live Update' Issues

Several days ago I logged on to my ignition Poker acct. and it began a live update. A few mins into the update I noticed that the green meter that measures the progress came to a halt. It still had, for lack of a better word, a pulse which I assumed meant it was still trying to install the update. After about 2 hrs or so it was in the same spot; specifically where it states 'Lobby.exe'. I've contacted them and the only advice they gave me was to uninstall the program and reinstall it using Chrome as the browser. I did this but it's still pausing at the same spot. Has anyone else run into this issue and if so how did u get the software to install? Thank you for your time and help.

You can try a new installation using the TOR browser.
I would be happy if this helps you.

Download your program and this browser again and repeat the procedure.

So I downloaded Tor and then Ignition. The 'Live update' actually progressed more than before, almost to the end, and after an hour or so it's still in the same spot. So what now, I ask?

when mine did the update it took it a long time, i got on here and seen this thread and kinda got worried. it managed to work its way thru mine though after a little while. i left for about an hour or so and when i came back it was done. i hope you solve your problem.

Thnx man. Yeah, it's going on 2 hrs. It's at the point where it states 'resources/App.asar'. The green-bar still has it's 'pulse' and if I click the X a window tells me the progress will be lost. I feel like I'm back on dial-up.

dang. i hope you get it figured out. ive had problems with 64 spades all day today and apparently its offline now. i keep trying to explore new poker sites but it seems like everytime i do theres a problem. good luck to ya

Man, I took your advice and after a couple of attempts it finally updated. I've never heard of this browser but now I plan to use it almost exclusively for poker sites. Thank you very much for the advice and good luck in the future. ;)
