Ignition Issues

So I recently deposited into ignition Poker and after two weeks of getting to know the software I've run into two reoccurring problems,

1. Whenever I enter a Sit & Go and it fills up, the table loads to 97% and then gets stuck there. I have to exit the tournament lobby and re-click "Take My Seat" numerous times until it finally loads.


2. Sometimes when I log-in the box on the left where it states my bankroll stays shaded grey and the site won't let me click on everything so I have to reset the software.


Anyone else experiencing these issues?

I used to have that problem. I got a new computer and the problem went away. Dont know what was causing it.

My computer is relatively new, so I wouldn't think that that would be the issue.

This post is one of the reasons I registered here. I have had this exact problem. In fact if you try to do the $7 jackpot games not only does the table not load, but you also lose your money since you can't go back and take your seat. Ignition/Bovada are well aware of this. I have called multiple times. For some reason at random times of the day if you use other websites or streaming devices while you play on Ignition/Bovada it will cause a lag and you will literally not be able to call/fold/raise without leaving and re-joining. It's happened to me many times. The only thing you can do is call them and demand a supervisor. It's the only way they refund you the money and it's ridiculous because they are well aware of the issue.

I am also fairly certain this is why they eliminated the chat option. They know ppl talk and would be mentioning this in the chat. To back up what I am saying, look at how many ppl will end up "sitting out" out of nowhere or at the start of a tournament. The problem still occurs but not nearly as much as it did in the past.But I would NEVER try to do a $7 sit and go because 9 times out of 10 you will be stuck at 97%.

Try clearing out your cookies and then re download / reinstall the software. After uninstalling the software I would also consider running Ccleaner and fixing the registry before reinstalling the game. Hope this helps.

Try clearing out your cookies and then re download / reinstall the software. After uninstalling the software I would also consider running Ccleaner and fixing the registry before reinstalling the game. Hope this helps.



^^^^, this is the standard reply from support. Lol
All systems a go as of now. Once they do another update , new issues will arise. It's going to happen and ignition is no help. After the chat removal update I could not play mobile zone or cash on my ipad. It would load to 100% but never open the table. I could however play on my laptop. Inconvenient but I could play. Support from ignition was very helpful telling me to just clear my cookies and caches, try a different browser also. Well they don't know what browser works best with ignition and clearing does nothing. A couple days ago I tried logging in from my iPad. Amazingly enough I could now play mobile from my iPad. It loads 100%. The table look is different and you must swipe up to access your table but I can play. They obviously changed something. If they would take the time and put a status section on their homepage I'm guessing it would reduce the amount of emails and calls they get. Post when they are updating and site status, just keep your players informed. So right now version 4.58 is playable, 4.59 we will have to wait and see.

I have found once I load one table or seating the rest load much quicker for that session.

ignition poker no internet

does anyone elses App not work and say no internet? idk why mines not opening or giving me a no internet message. does anyone know how to fix this.

Pissed off as I can`t find an answer.

Hi,
I solved this problem my friends.
You need to configure internet explorer
run IE->Internet Options->Security (Internet)->Custom Level->All parametrs "ENABLED"

The ignition software takes up a lot of your computer's power (RAM) when in use for whatever reason. For your two issues:

1. I have noticed it will load to 97% and freeze if I move, resize or click off the table. Let the table fully load and seat you before doing anything to the new window to avoid this issue. My Laptop is a 2019 Lenovo with i5 processor and it will still do this occasionally.

2. Same idea as above, once the software opens and you log in, you need to give it a second to actually load. It will be especially slow on start up if you have pre-registered any tournaments as it will attempt to open all those lobbies up just for you to close them (lol).

Overall, there's no big fix, Ignition & Boavada software is just very taxing on your PC and a wired internet connection may be a must to avoid most of this. But again, there's no special update or fix, its just how this software plays for now it seems.

For this issue, a "fix" would be to close the software completely quickly and reopen & log in. It should on log in auto-open anything you were playing/registered for Tournament-wise including Jackpot SnGs. But this is the only way I see to fix this as there is not a tournament lobby. You may miss a few hands sadly...

my account has been disabled for more than 30 days. I sent all the necessary documents .Support is ignoring me on the phone and by email. Can you tell me what to do?

My biggest is just the lack of games. Site usually loads ok and there is little lag. Just not a lot of players

Ignition Casino lies when you tell them about non triggered bonuses and free spins

do not play at ignition casino. they are ripping people off and lying to them when their slots hit free spins and bonus rounds but don't trigger. they tell you you are wrong even though you watched the features icons land and all stop on screen. I have been with ignition since the whole Bovada poker ordeal, have won there more than anywhere, but recently, and over the last year or so, its like its a whole different site. I am cutting ties with Ignition and Bovada after this shit, and I suggest everyone does the same.
