First of all, I have been playing at ignition Casino for over 2-years now, and even though calling the customer service reps for help can be frustrating and unhelpful majority of the time, I like knowing that the option to speak with a live person is available. P
Since Ignition updated the website, it seems getting through to Ignition support on chat or phone can take well over an hour. Something that used to take 5-minutes max.
Looking at the new website, I could not find Ignition's phone number listed anywhere. Wondering why this was I emailed IG and got a response stating that Ignition does not offer phone assistance. So I called the old number, waited for an hour and 21 minutes to inquire why this was no longer offered. Rep checked with supervisor and CLEARLY stated that phone support is not going anywhere. She said the email was not from Ignition, but is is and I am wondering what is going here??
Could Ignition be under new control? Something is very fishy since this update.
