This is a pretty good question. I will be moving to Asia for a few months in september and was wondering if i have to contact stars and let them know so their not going to be surprised when they see an IP from another country playing on my account.

I'm pretty sure you can just go to Edit Profile and change what ever you need to change.

I doubt they care if another IP logs on to your account people take their lap tops every where and play online poker any where so people use lots of different IPs even if its a different country lots of poker players are business men and travelers so they are logging in to lots of other countries too.

On many profiles you can't change country,
just the rest of address.
To change country you have to mail support and they will assist with it.
It is quite common for people to change countries temporarily or permanently.

For a short period it probably isn't worth bothering about.
Many people use their accounts abroad whilst holidaying, working, or professionals on the tournament circuits.

The only restriction would be access to country specific tournaments.
And perhaps some additional validation requests if you were making a withdrawl from somewhere else.

I have a doubt if I live in brazil and I usually play a restricted tournament available only to Brazilian Players in a weekly basis and if I travel to another country located in Europe (portugal for example) to spend some time there even if it is long but maybe not permanent and with a possibility to return to Brazil if I still can play in this restricted tournament only for Brazilians like I do now or if I login in my account using a IP issued in another country if I will face any problem to register in this specific restricted tournament??

I moved from US to germany, and kept some of my poker accounts but had to change the address in the poker client and verify new address.
Easy job and you will be playing in no time again.

I'm quite sure (99.9 %) you will not be able to play the restricted tournament from another country.

I'm also pretty sure using a VPN is prohibited.
