If you are banned from pokerstars, what can you do?

many years ago I was banned from pokerstars for a multi-account, are there any statutes of limitations or forever, and what can be done with this?

I don't know man, write to support or change poker room if you are banned forever. You can try to make another account with other ip but it's risky.

Write/call PS support, just don't make another account before that...

I think it's a permanent ban. It is not limited in time. Forever. But you can write to PS support, you never know.

Stars has very strict security , if they ban you I guess there is no turning back , sorry but that what I 've read so far

Contact Customer Support and ask them how you can restore your account, ps: ask for forgiveness. LOL

They blocked me. I send some emails to support. It isn't fast, but now I m playing again

Should you choose not to contact support you know the outcome, if you contact them, maybe, just maybe they will change their position. You started the thread, your decision.

If you get banned online its a good time to set up a regular home game! Cant get banned from your own home game

If its been many years contact PokerStars and request to be reinstated.

as far as im aware you cannot do a thing your banned for life im afraid you can write to them after a number of years and ask them to over turn it but its doubtfull that will happen.... but good luck my friend

you must have good temper even if it is a shame

I would just let the past be past and find another site to play on.

in such case, I think that the best option is to go for another poker room, because opening another account would simply lead to its termination even if you have deposited money.

you can always write to support to see if they change your mind. or you can go to a different poker site. here is a few of them there betonlin ,acr, iggy, bovada, you got black chip which is an acr skin. and if you live in the right state and is eligible to win prizes there's club wpt.

my friend banned his account on the stars. he wrote but he was told that this is the final decision. something can be solved only at their head office. and the girl banned him because of the transfer of funds, the girl asked her to withdraw 2 times for $ 20) they informed him that she was an officer and for his connection with her. something like this.

well thank goodness I was never banned because I never committed any offense nor do I intend to, so I don't have to worry about that

Good afternoon everyone.
For this not to happen, just respect the rules of the site.
I have a pokerstars account and it will be 1 year, until today I received a single notification from the site, I did not know that I could not open software that calculates the strength of your hand against a range of villain, that was early on when I created the bill.
Pokerstars sent a message that appeared on the screen when I logged in to the account stating that it is prohibited to use this software when logged in to pokerstars and that repetition could result in temporary lockout or banned account.
I contacted them and explained that I did not know and pledged not to open any more software banned by pokerstars, they said all right.
I am reading player complaints regarding customer support, in my opinion the pokerstars support is excellent (the best), pokerstars is a very correct site if the player respects the site rules you will have problems.
Now if you've been banned, go play in other poker rooms and don't make the same mistake.

It probably would depend on the reasons why you were banned. If it was just for having two accounts, who knows? Maybe they will let you back in. :dontknow: If you were chip-dumping to the other account, or playing them both at the same time in games, well...maybe not.

I've read of them working with people who had two accounts; letting them keep one, and closing the other. But for things like serious breech of their rules, or in the cases when a player self-excludes themselves for life, they will not budge on it.
