Why not? if i won a package or they give me the free buy in and accomodation i will go with pleasure,lol

If there is a good organization of the tournament, no matter in which country the event takes place..

Soon in the Crimea opening gaming zone and probably will be held poker tournaments and after the legalization online poker and possibly offline, we can expect big tournaments and even series, can and EPT come to us, i hope.

@elena, if you sponsor me all expense free, Im more than willing (with extended hand) to go as far as Russia.

I've gotta say I have been to Moscow and flown over Murmansk. I found the people in Russia generally polite and nice. I have also played on-line against alot of Russians, (as we all have).

I would enter a competition to win a seat to a Russian tournament, but then I doubt I would get a chance as there are a lot of good Russians out there ! and here on CC I noticed................

Your kidding right? Russia annexed the Crimea and now your looking forward to poker tournaments there. If anything the EPT should stay far away from any Russian tournaments in the Crimea or anywhere else in your country as principle against modern aggression from the insecure school yard bully that is Russia.
