the title was edited by the moderator on this site. I never wrote "friend" or "I think" but apparently I'm guilty until proven innocent here.
You're the defendent, so obv you are guilty until proven innocent. This is standard accross the board everywhere, there may once have been a time when its innocent until proven guilty but not the case anymore.
Not sure why your title would have been changed, unless you had some not appropriate words in there maybe or just because of the strong accusation as I'm sure you were stating your title as a fact rather than a thought of opinion (when there is no proof, as you say to prove your innocence).
As for what they are doing, we all know when we sign up to poker sights we are taking some for of risk if ever we were to actually read the privacy policies and all the other fine print 99% of us agree to without reading. As you have stated yourself you have obviously made the matter worse in having gone from a 6 month ban to now a permanent ban, should have left well enough alone I suppose. If you honestly think they are stealing from you, go get a lawyer have them review the fine print and see if you have a case and haw many thousands above that 7k it will wind up costing you.
If nothing wrong was done on your part, then ya it sucks I would hate it too but from a third party looking on this situation it sounds like it was probably collusion going on if that is what they are basing their ban on. If they really wanted to cheat and steal I'm sure they would go for a bigger amount than 7k, go big or go home id say. GL on your finding a new site to play and continued success, if you did it once you can grind it up again.
Edit: No one is trying to attack you, but this is how your making yourself known to a forum as a first post after joining up? I'ts just fishy and screams of guilt as we have seen it a couple of times in similar situations. I mean its not going to get people on your side to have a complete stranger screaming accusations about a
poker site (which i havn't even heard of personally).
