I suck

I just went on the worst run of my life. and im steaming. im probably gonna lose twice as much now that im on tilt.

Being smitten is always fun---as is being drunk too I guess.

I know this sounds really cynical and cruel but sometimes it helps me to see what it means to go on a losing streak for high stakes players. You didn't quite say how much you lost or how many buyins but I'm sure it's nothing in comparison to losing the value of a car, which is only a couple buy-ins for high stakes players.

when the top players at fulltilt have a bad run, they lose over 300k.

the other day i lost my bankroll and i havnt played poker since.

I'm sure Ill get flamed for this, but when I go on a bad run I like to find open freerolls and play like a complete donkey a few times. It tends to calm me down and relax me. If that doesn't work, I just stop playing for a while.
